Hope Larson interview

Oh, cool: Hope Larson made a short film with Brie Larson and James Urbaniak! And there’s a poster by Becky Cloonan and Dustin Harbin! And the comics industry is in shambles! (Well, that last bit maybe isn’t good news, maybe…). Anyways, I like Hope Larson’s work, what I’ve read of it (I’m not very plugged into the YA scene, I guess, being neither Y nor sufficiently A), so that just sounds pretty cool.
My favorite bit of the Wrinkle in Time was where they see all the kids bouncing the ball. Not a ton has stuck with me from that book, but that bit did, I guess. I don’t remember the sequels very fondly though— it was some weird, elaborate let’s-stop-a-nuclear-war thing, right? I remember getting back to the Great Brain books and the AI Gang books as fast as possible, when I tried reading those…
