The Campaign (2012): Not the best Will Ferrell movie but I didn’t think it was the disaster some of the reviews made it out to be. For me, at least, I didn’t think it was as bad as that basketball one, or… I know it has its fans, but I’m not really a Blades of Glory guy. Not as good for me as Casa De Mi Padre though— I liked that one more. I don’t know— it’s definitely cartoonish and I can see how that wouldn’t be for everybody, but I thought there were some laughs in there. I didn’t go in with very high expectations, though, and I’m the easiest of all easy audiences with comedies… I didn’t want to drive to the fancy people theatre; this and Bourne were in walking distance, and I just keep hearing horrible things about Bourne…
